As one side pulls towards the peace I crave,
the other thrives on hate, it's so hard to relate.
From that battle I emerge a broken man.
Torn apart, questioning the state I'm in.

Humankind, not far from malevolent.
Should I let it burn or defy the flame?
Is it deserved, this plague so pestilent?
Mind so clouded, all I can feel is shame.

I've come to terms with my life's worth,
just another ant of a colony in dirt.

I won't die for what I believe,
I'll die cause death was fucking meant for me.
